Standard shipping within Metro Manila takes 2-3 business days, while provincial orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for verified addresses.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our apparel follows standard Asian sizing. We recommend checking the detailed size chart located on each product page before purchasing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the Philippines. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers soon.
